Keep44 is an independent service, not affiliated with Base44 or Wix. “Base44” is a trademark of its respective owners and is mentioned only to describe which platform the service works with.
What data I collect and why
- Booking form: work email, company, company size, where you want to host the app and a short description. Used to reply to you, confirm the audit scope and prepare a proposal.
- Visit statistics: number of visits, pages viewed, buttons clicked, language and referring site, in aggregate. No cookies and nothing that identifies you is stored.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)). For aggregate statistics, the legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used, without personal data.
How long I keep it
Up to 12 months from your last contact if we don’t end up working together. If you hire a service, as long as the law requires (for example, tax rules).
Who else processes it
- Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA): receives the forms and forwards them to me by email.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA): hosts the site and may log technical connection data (IP address) for security.
- GoatCounter: visit statistics without cookies and without data that identifies you.
Transfers to the USA use the safeguards set out in the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider). I don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to qando0kna29@gmail.com. If you believe your rights haven’t been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
